Transformers #19 Mysteriously Nostalgic Thing No. 3: Grapple Running
Yup. Just Grapple. Running. I think it’s because of the whole scene in general, all the Autobots suddenly in action, and then Grapple’s right up front, colored in, unlike most Nel Yomtov background characters. It’s also that he’s weirder looking than the other Autobots, with his barrel chest, thick legs, gun hand, and tiny head.
Unfortunately Grapple, like most of the other 1985 Autobot cars, gets very little attention in the Marvel series. This panel might as well be his shining moment.
